The dress is intensely golden, adorned with amber reflections with a beautiful shine and a regular bead of foam.
On the nose, aromas of pastry come out first, reminiscent of praline and shortbread dough. We perceive quince paste, notes of pepper and green anise.
Finally, notes of peach and apricot jam with almonds bring maturity.
The attack on the palate combines vinosity and freshness. We perceive the butter biscuit and the orangette. The breadth in the mouth is mainly the hallmark of the wine. The lightness of the dosage brings balance and makes a wine full but without heaviness.
This champagne of character can be served at the table. It will accompany white meats.
