Champagne "Cuvée des Echevins" is made up of a large majority of Chardonnay. Rich and complete, the pinot noir and its long aging on the lees, brings volume and delicacy to the cuvee.

This wine is adorned with a light yellow robe with very light "pink pomelo" reflections, and a fine and regular cord.
The nose presents a beautiful whole in which the dried flowers (linden), fleshy summer fruits such as apricot and white peach blend harmoniously. Notes of fresh nuts, butter and aromas of sour apples complete this palette.
The palate combines length and balance. The fleshy fruits bring volume and a touch of freshness leaves a finish all in lightness.
It is a rich and complete Champagne, as much by its nuances as by its subtlety. It will be served as an aperitif, well chilled. We will taste it taking our time, letting the temperature rise so that it airs out to appreciate all its aromas.
