Cuvee dominated by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Its freshness as well as its finesse make it a very balanced Champagne on the palate that goes well with many dishes.
Food/wine pairing: Aperitif through to dessert, captivating with gilt-head seabream.
This Champagne reveals a golden color highlighted by the whiteness and finesse of the effervescence.
The nose is dominated by juicy fruit, especially yellow peach and ripe apricot. There are also dried fruits with walnuts and hazelnuts.
A candied note of bergamot and infusion plants punctuate the whole.
The attack on the palate is fresh with aromas reminiscent of grapefruit. We find the apricot which gives a fleshier impression. The overall taste is balanced, a note of honey appears and a touch of freshness signs the finish.
This cuvée is sweet and gourmet. It is a wine that will be intended for an aperitif, as a reception.
